KIESELSTEIN returns as an exhibitor to WIRE Southeast Asia
From 16 to 18 September 2015 WIRE Southeast Asia, the most important trade show for the wire industry in the Southeast Asian area will take place in Bangkok. After taking a break from this show in 2013 the German producer of wire drawing machines is back for this show this year.
A growing number of wire producers would like to improve the quality of the wire they produce and are looking for innovative engineering concepts. KIESELSTEIN is leading in the area of wire shaving, a technology creating fault-free wire surfaces. Shaved wire is amongst others used for the production of valve springs or suspension coil springs for the automotive industry. The company gains its know-how from its extensive research and development activities in its in-house testing area. There trials are carried out using various kinds of wire material in order to examine the influence of different parameters, processing speeds, material and geometry of the tools.
Apart from this the team of engineers at KIESELSTEIN constantly works on the improvement of their plants with regard to efficiency, operability and maintainability. Even automation of the production process and reduction of down-time for machine set-up and maintenance are issues KIESELSTEIN addresses to.
