Wire Shows 2011

KIESELSTEIN – wire solutions. As a manufacturer of modern wire drawing and draw-peeling plants KIESELSTEIN offers wire manufacturers individual machine solutions that are tailored to the customer’s requirements and are optimised for the requested purpose. Also this year, KIESELSTEIN will participate in the international wire shows. You will meet us at booth no. 1358 (Wire Machine Systems) at the Interwire show in Atlanta/USA from 3 to 5 May 2011 and at booth 3B13 (German Pavilion) at the wire Russia show in Moscow/Russia.

 

It its booths KIESELSTEIN will present a draw-peeling unit which allows to produce wire of superior quality. Due to its intense testing activities at its own technology centre draw-peeling KIESELSTEIN has made it to the top of the world market in the area of wire draw-peeling.

 

In addition, KIESELSTEIN will show its latest development called Eco-L-Box. This is a specially shaped soap box which allows for saving up to 30% drawing lubricant. Furthermore, the life time of the drawing die is prolonged by up to 30% due to less abrasive wear. The Eco-L-Box is a simple solution to increase efficiency in the wire production process and to reduce operating costs of every dry drawing machine.
