WIRE Russia 2019

KIESELSTEIN maintains reliable relations to Russian customers

Although it has become more difficult for European companies to make business with customers in Russia during the last years, the German wire drawing machine manufacturer KIESELSTEIN continues to work successfully in this market. This is mainly because the wide experience and know-how in wire shaving technology and the superior quality the German manufacturer is known for.

During this year’s WIRE Russia show, KIESELSTEIN will present its latest developments and projects especially interesting to those who look for quality improvement of their wire products and increase of efficiency and flexibility in their production. KIESELSTEIN offers different technological ideas which can be implemented in individual specific solutions in particular to those customer who are not satisfied with standardized drawing equipment.

Besides the machines, KIESELSTEIN is keen to offer its customers a comprehensive range of services. The company developed its own app k.connect which is supplied with new plants supporting the plant operator during the production process as well as in maintenance, servicing and spare parts purchasing. KIESELSTEIN already uses this digital solution in its own assembly process.

Recently, KIESELSTEIN launched its 4-step retrofit program. Starting from taking stock of the current condition of the plant, through a recommendation of retrofit measures and carrying out these measures by KIESELSTEIN technicians to the declaration of conformity of the modernized equipment – the cost and efforts involved are transparent to the customer at all time.

Consulting on production optimization or implementation, support during commissioning and trial operation complete the range of services offered.

Meet KIESELSTEIN at booth no. FOC40 (German Pavilion) in the Forum.
