Long Night-Shift (Lange Nacht der Industrie)
KIESELSTEIN opens its doors to Chemnitz visitors
From 10 to 12 September 2010 the Days of Industrial Culture (Tage der Industriekultur) will take place in Chemnitz. Prelude for a variety of events all around the Chemnitz industrial history is the Long Night-Shift (Lange Nacht der Industrie) on 10 September 2010. Like in total 19 well-known Chemnitz companies, also KIESELSTEIN opens its doors to the visitors. Highlights are the presentation of a modern draw-peeling plant and the interior of the heritage-protected Villa Arno-Loose where the company site of KIESELSTEIN is located. In addition, the artist of the neighbouring “Projekt 3K” are presenting their artwork.
