Art is served
3K open – 30 October 2010, from 4.00 pm
On 30 October 2010 the art and design workshops at 3K open their doors. There will be fashion presentations by the label mutare in the workshop of Klaus Süß, supported by music of EOR Media Studio. Painting and dance performance of Leonie Narina as well as photographic messages from Chemnitz by Ulf Dahl with background music by the Jazz saxophonist Christoph Modersohn are presented to the visitors. In addition Markus Gruner presents jewellery and art made of cast-bronze and Ann Weigelt shows “Schöne Scherben” – nice potsherds. From 4.00 pm friends of art are invited to step in and enjoy art at Chemnitz Kassberg. The project 3K has been initiated by Dr.-Ing. Stephan Kieselstein end of 2008 with the intention to revive empty industrial facilities and to establish a multifarious community of artists at Chemnitz Kassberg.
